KnightsGoldSurf Paid Me.

I received a payout today from KnightsGoldSurf. For those who dont know, the admin is Nate, from Knightsurfers. He is doing a great job.
I requested payout and about 2 hours later, bammm, had money in my e-gold account. It was probably less time then that.

Anyway, KGS offers 4% per day for 45 days, 2 cashouts per month at your own discretion and $2.50 upgrades($10,000 max). It may take a little longer, but its worth it.

Here is some proof (I removed my account info):

Charis' New Blog. Her first post!

Well, Charis has no control of 12dp or its forum. The SEC does, according to her blog.
Read on...

To those watching for a comment from me on the 12dp forum regarding today's SEC press release and the cooresponding filing, there will be none there. The website is to now be under the control of the SEC and thus I am unable to post anything on the site without approval.I hope to have my attorneys agree to the release of a statement within the next day or so which will clarify our position, dispel the inaccuracies in the filing and explain why we reached an agreement with the SEC that was in the best interest of members, despite such inaccuracies.Keep in mind that the SEC never interviewed us, never talked with us, never examined our data, never looked at our bank accounts, and never examined our books before placing this filing. All information came from outside sources, primarily StormPay and an ex-convict seeking media exposure. Before reaching the agreement, my attorneys provided documentation to the SEC in the form of bank records and EMO records showing the funds withrawn from StormPay were utilized for business purposes, with more than 70% used to fund LifeClicks' EMO account. They were also provided documentation that showed that StormPay does not have a merchant account option and that when you add a bank account to your SP account, their terms state that the name of th bank account must match the individual name on the StormPay account. We were following the StormPay TOS. The SEC omitted these things in the press release, I would assume because it would weaken their case for the original filing.Regardless, we are and will continue cooperating with the SEC in whatever way they require of us.

Charis' Latest and Looking Forward----------->>>>

Well, Charis has stated that there will be no more 12dp. Along with a few other things she has said are that she had planned on moving into advertising and marketing with their third site and shying away from autosurf. There is also a little bit of a miscommunication going on between 12dp and phoenixsurf.

There is so much to read that you might want to set aside some hours for this.
Here are all the latest post in the 12dp forum from Charis:

http://forums.12dailypro.com/smf/index.php?action=profile;u=1;sa=showPosts

Also, here is the new blog she plans on using to release any info on new LifeClicks developments:

Phoenix Surf Due Dilligence Info - Page 2 - Phoenix Surf Forums

Here is a post by a PhoenixSurf admin on their forum in regards to DD.
Keep in mind, they ONLY POST FACT on their forums.

Phoenix Surf Due Dilligence Info - Page 2 - Phoenix Surf Forums:

"Oh make no mistake, NME is launching or has launched in beta the 5 other companies, all of which tie into the parent company.

Its a complex pain in the rear end. There is far more than this Phoenix Surf, and thank goodness they have the staff to handle all those other venues because this is a full menu all in itself.

[1] Is NME bulletproof? No.

[2] Does NME want to see its model in its entirety come to fruition? Yes.

[3] Do they want the model to become successful? Yes.

[4] Do they truly have a wide array of recources? Yes.

[5] Do they truly have legal counsel, I mean seriously, for real? Yes.

[6] Do they have external company consultants? Yes.

[7] Do they really want people to make money? Yes.

[8] Do they want to get their payment processor live? If I hear Jonathan the NME founder yapping about his payment processor again, I am going to go deaf. He's all over it, and is making sure that they do not slack up on its rollout.

[9] Do they have a real business model / plan / infrastructure? Yes

[10] Are they the fastest growing autosurf in history? Yes.

[11] Can it crash? Of course it can.

[12] Is NME's age a factor? You might want to look around at the carcasses of other AutoSurf's run by adults, and you tell me.

[13] Are they really moving the company offshore? Yes. Because there are a select few people on another forum out to start trouble, and will stop at nothing to see that NME does not succeed because they feel the NME owners are to young, in other words they are smart and NME is stupid. And that people, is the truth. Phoenix Surf will not be built up, only to have an agency come flying in with some false accusations about Ponzi or the selling of securities just to cause problems, all because some NME Hater is trying to call agencies or report them on false accusations. I would INSTRUCT EVERYONE TO READ THE TOP OF THE SIGNUP PAGE, and the Terms Of Service.

Government Action Against 12daily pro

In a recent newscast, ABC4 News' Brent Hunsaker, reported that 12 Daily Pro now has a cease and desist order against them.

What does this mean? It could possibly be the end of 12dp.

I doubt it though. Why? According to the news 12dp is being told to "cease the sale of unregistered securities by unlicensed individuals".

I do not think that Charis ever tried to make 12dp seem like an investment. Members were purchasing advertsing.

I sincerely hope to hear some good news on Monday. It will potentially be the day that we can all breathe a sigh of relief.

Stay tuned!!!

Here is the news article:

12dp a Cult? Brent's at it again.

Well, this time Brent Hunsaker is attacking 12dp with the cult angle and essentially saying that Charis thinks shes one of G-d's deciples. Nuff said, read the article below.

PhoenixSurf Poll on Payment Processors

Well, looks like the fine folks at PhoenixSurf.com are at it again. They have extended the time that a Free member account is deleted due to non upgrade from 7 to 30 days. Why? Becuase many new members, OVER 3000 ALREADY!!!!!!, are having issues setting up accounts and funding with e-gold.

Then to top it off, they appear to be trying to work something out to offer a new payment processor, dont believe me, see for your self:

http://www.phoenixsurf.com/forums/showthread.php?t=247

Who will it be? Hmmmm.

Some News from Charis, finally? REFUNDS? PLEASE!!!!

There will alledgely be a new update on the 12dp issue posted by Charis on Monday, two long days away, well not that long. Now that we have Phoenix Surf to advertise on, its okay.

Like most of her legal posts, this one was just as vague. Here is her news regarding the Monday news release. Refunds may begin, I wonder if emo will be the way to get paid, if so I am covered. I still have my stomrpay account open too, just in case.

Keep in mind this was taken from a forum, which has high standards and does not allow slander or any malicious post what so ever towards any one.

I sure hope that we can all get thorugh this. I for one will continue to advertise on 12dp when it reopens.
----
Posted by Charis at 11:19 tonight (02/24/06)

"Please be aware that Monday, 12dp will release a statement regarding a compromise that has been reached between 12dp with authorities that will lead to the resolution of this matter and the beginngings of an accounting and refund process.

You may hear news this weekend regarding a legal pleading that contains much misleading information provided to authorities primarily by StormPay. Our attorneys have already proven to the authorities the most outstanding allegation made to be false, which likely will not be reported on the news. One issue to be cleared up is the fact that StormPay does not have an option for creating merchant accounts and linked merchant bank accounts. If any business signs up for a StormPay account, they have to use someone's individual name and StormPay insists that any bank account added must match that same individual name.

But a full statement addressing such issues will be made to that affect early next week.

Thank you for your patience and we are glad that we have been able to take steps that will help bring this ordeal to a close soon."

12 Daily Pro UPDATE

Well, nothing to update on. Been a few days and nothing. Nothing, nothing, nothing.

Phoenix Surf Keeps Growing!!!

Update: "It surpassed 2500 already."

Now at over 2000 members. I await an official message from the staff, but I bet you it will be outrageous.
Remember, they are shutting the doors at 100, 000. Then wil evaluate things and re-open.

Plus, I like the suttle updates, like for example:

  • You can now see your own user # on your member page
  • a support center is being added
  • the ability to purchase extra credits and banner ads is being worked on
  • new HOT banners coming soon
  • the sites overall formating (CSS) is looking good and uniform
  • the tables and rows for referrals page is uniform to the site (orange link text)

There's proably more I havent noticed, but thats what I caught.

Day2 at PhoenixSurf

It keep getting better and better folks.

The current membership level is above 1704, that is a fact becuase that is the highest I have seen personally.
Also, according to PhoenixSurf upgrades to date are at 172,000 and the current Alexa rating is 1,059,028.

Look for these numbers to continue to sky rocket. I will be posting proof of payments next week. stay tuned.

This Brent Hunsaker is out to get Charis. May he be the infamous, PonziNemesis? Just kidding. But he really is out to get her. GPT PREDICTION CAME TRUE - SADLY!!

Well, it came true. On Sunday I predicted the GPT convention would be cancelled by Charis due to legal reasons. The OFFICIAL news came in today via the 12dp member main page. While most were saying the the convention would go on, I was bold enough to stand by my own research.

If you look at my post here: http://12dailypro4newbies.blogspot.com/2006/02/bold-prediction-regarding-12dp.html you will see that she almost exactly says what I said she would!
Here is her offical statement:

IMPORTANT - ATTORNEYS ADVISE CONVENTION CANCELLATI - by Charis - 12DP Admin at 2006-02-21 08:20:10
It is with a deep sense of disappointment that I must announce that the 2006 GPT Convention, that was slated to be held this weekend here in Charlotte, NC, will be cancelled due to current ongoing matters involving the freezing of our account and funds by StormPay.com. Originally, the GPT Convention was to be a gathering of internet marketing professionals who want to be learn and be motivated. Though LifeClicks LLC was serving as host, the event was never intended to focus on 12dailyPro, but on the internet marketing and promotions industry as a whole. In spite of recent events, we had hoped to continue with our plans for the convention to provide a good educational and networking experience to attendees. We have received overwhelming responses from our members who wanted to come to show their support of our company during the ongoing dispute against StormPay and to demonstrate their concern about StormPay’s actions involving transactions having nothing to do with 12DailyPro. However, because of this very battle there has been a growing media interest in this matter in recent days. Some in the media have twisted the purpose of the convention and in doing so have invited the potential for confrontations, civil unrest, and security risks. In addition to a media circus which it would behoove us to avoid at present, we also do not want to expose any of the attendees, the speakers, the hotel, nor any of our staff to such potentially explosive situations. Because we may be unable to maintain effective control of the event which would prevent us from offering the positive learning and motivational experience we intended, we are concerned the convention could become a volatile event that could exacerbate current problems and possibly damage our relations with investigators. We proactively contacted and have been working with the law enforcement agents leading the investigation of recent events. It is crucial that we do nothing to undermine our cooperative relationship with the government investigators with whom we have been communicating in our efforts to resolve the current situation. It is with great sadness that I release this news, but my legal counsel advise me that this is the best course of action for all concerned. I deeply regret any inconvenience that this may cause to prospective attendees. This announcement does come in time for guests to cancel hotel reservations without penalty. There will be a claims process announced next week for those seeking travel reimbursement. Please understand, though, that cancellation of this event is in no way profitable nor advantageous to LifeClicks. We thank you all for your continued support as we endeavor in these challenging times to make decisions that are for the benefit of all, particularly our members. We will keep you informed of our next steps as we work to recover funds wrongfully held by StormPay. Your patience and support during this time is greatly appreciated.

Bold Prediction regarding 12dp!!!!

Your read it here first folks! I am about to make a bold prediction regarding the first annual GPT Convention. Are you ready?

I predict that next weeks convention is not going to happen. I seriously want it to go on, but dont feel that it will.

This prediction comes after I contacted the convention host and received confirmation of NO cancellation.

If Charis, the organzier of the event, wont even keep us more informed with whats going on with 12dp then what makes you think she is going to hold this event. It's been a 2days 10hrs ago since her latest news update on 12dp.
She will probably state that due to the legal battle that is ongoing with stormpay, her lawyers have advised her to postpone the event until it will not jeopordize their case, or something like that.
Factor in the investogations and the subpoenas and its a recipe for NO convention. I dont think much will get done in the first place. There are going to be tons of individuals trying to get answers for what occurred a few weeks ago. She cant talk about that, remember? Her lawyers advised postponing the launch of the new site due to the case (new site seemed like an advertising/design business model, but I may be wrong). A convention about autosurfing and the getting paid-to industry, common!!

Remember, you read it here first.

Be on the lookout for an update from Charis regarding the convention this week. Once again, I want to say that I want the convention to proceed, deeply want it to, but doubt it will. By the way its spnsored by LifeClicks now, what happened to EMO and 12dp? Oh yeah, I forgot.

If Charis pulls this off then she is good. Really good. I wish her the best.

There you have it.

One more thing: I noticed that over the last few days I have been comming of like a Charis hater, I am not. I want and wish the best for her. I simply dont like the fact that I am not being given timely and accurate information. Not that she is legally obligated to give us that, but I expect her to do so.

So, Charis, if you happen to come across this site please know that I dont hate you and can understand the gravity of the situation your in. Buenas Suerte.

Subpoenas issued to 12DP and Stormpay

The latest in the Stormpay/12dailypro saga "12DailyPro of Our Lives" is that subpoenas have been issued to stormpay and 12dp commanding them to appear in the state, according to ABC4's Brent Hunsaker.

I cant wait to see how the Convention goes next week.

The Article:

The FBI in North Carolina is now leading the investigation of Charis Johnson and 12 Daily Pro.

The Special Agent in Charge is asking for information and victim stories. Reports can be submitted in two ways: 1) calling this toll free number 1-800-876-7060 or, 2) fill out a form on the Internet. The website is www.ic3.gov.

Agents have gotten a head start from the Charlotte Better Business Bureau. Tom Bartholomy, BBB President, has handed them his complaint files.

Then again, FBI agents may simply want to be at the Airport Embassy Suites in Charlotte next weekend. A reported 500 12 Daily Pro members are holding a 3-day convention there. Charis herself is expected to be the headliner. According to sources that have seen the itinerary, she promises to conduct a Question and Answer session. Despite the troubles of the past couple weeks, hotel managers confirmed the convention is still on.

Meanwhile, the BBB in Nashville, Tennessee rolled out a new report on Storm Pay, the online payment service that froze the 12 Daily Pro account, precipitating this mess. The report is not flattering, highlighting a history of unresolved complaints. With the consent of the people who submitted complaints, the BBB of Middle Tennessee has also shared its information with the FBI’s resident agent in Nashville.

One other thing: When ABC 4 talked with Storm Pay executives on Monday, they claimed that 12 Daily Pro was just a small portion of their overall business; 3 to 10 percent, they said. But a graphic from Alexa.com of web traffic for the two companies seems to indicate a different story. The tracks are almost identical. Both rise sharply through January, and then plummet in February. It would appear that Storm Pay’s fate is more closely tied to 12 Daily Pro than its executives care to admit.

Meanwhile back in Utah, the state division of consumer protection has issued four subpoenas, three to 12 daily pro, and one to Storm Pay. The state is asking all those subpoenaed to come to Salt Lake City, because the state now wants to get their testimony on the record.

The subpoenas began going out several days ago, and one was issued just Friday afternoon.

According to the state's top consumer watchdog, it's time to find out how many Utah "victims" are involved.

As to how many Utahns are involved in 12 Daily Pro and Storm Pay, Francine Giani, of Utah's Commerce Department suggested, "Hundreds? Hopefully not thousands, but it could be thousands easily, but we don't know that information. That's what we're hoping the subpoenas will uncover."

The subpoenas "command" the companies and individuals to appear in Utah for depositions. If they don't comply, the subpoenas warn they may be considered in contempt and referred to court.

These are tough measures, Giani admits, because according to the state, "It looks like a pyramid, its acting like a pyramid, its smelling like a pyramid scheme." Giani also added, "It's a corny thing, but if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. I think we need to think before we send in our money."

Giani says so far, there have been lots of phone calls but only one official complaint in Utah, She also added that if more people file paperwork with the state, that could help the two other states which now have official investigations underway.

The Utah State Division of Consumer Protection has also asked ABC 4 to remind Utahns of where to find its online complaint form.

Here is the link to that site:

How To Fund E-Gold Using EMO

ABC 4 - No Sign of CHARIS!!!

The journey of the Utah man by the name of Jeff Johnson has taken him to the offices of LifeClicks, LLC. But there is no sign of Charis. The address she gave members was a mailbox at a UPS, and her apartment address is old. She apparently moved a month ago. Hmm, did she know what was to come?

12 Daily Pro Member News

It's just like I assumed. I had a feeling that something was fishy about that joint statement that Charis posted. So, she confrims that Stormpay is being very treacherous and that, yet again, they are not responding to their lawyers. Now, as of Monday, they have been contacted by stormpay. I do not believe that anyone will get their money back, if they do it will be no where what they deserve to get.

Here is her post:

I want to take a moment to shed some light and truth on some recent developments in our StormPay matter. Much has been said and much needs to be clarified. I hope the following update can help toward that end. Beyond StormPay’s displeasure with our using another payment processor, at no time in our relationship with StormPay did they express they had any issue with our business, with our transactions, or with the large fees they were earnings from our transactions. To the contrary, even in the midst of their demands that we remove our other payment processor, StormPay insured us that we had always been a very good client and that they had done much and wanted to continue to do much to help our business. StormPay has also placed on its website claims and information on its website that are false and misleading. They also are making decisions regarding our account and the accounts of our members based on their own opinions and assessments or our company made without any supporting facts or documentation. They provided a description of the way they perceive all autosurfs function. Their description does not take into account the unique terms of 12daily Pro nor internal factors about our company operations which they are not privy to. StormPay, throughout this process of our attempts to regain access to our account, has refused to communicate or cooperate. They drafted last week’s joint statement and instructed us to post it under the guise that they would work with us to refund our members. During that very conversation during which that joint statement was agreed upon, StormPay unilaterally conducted chargebacks of its users accounts and began withdrawing monies from users bank accounts and credit cards. With no access to our account, there was no way we could stop their unwarranted actions nor determine exactly what actions were taken. Please understand that ALL 12daily Pro funds being held by StormPay were funds intended for the payment of withdrawals for both StormPay users, and EMO users, and all members transitioning to both processors from E-Gold. It was our attempt to move those funds that StormPay began these unwarranted actions that have led us to this point. The matter was further complicated because some of the money charged back to our account by StormPay included paid referral commissions that were derived from upgrades purchased with payment processors other than StormPay. The more they do, the more of an accounting nightmare it will be if and when we are able to get access to our account and/or funds. Regarding the joint statement that was issued, we want to make it clear that we participated in its drafting only because we were assured StormPay would work with us on a refund strategy. From that point StormPay ceased all communication with us and did not honor their agreement to do so, nor did they respond to a specific demand letter issued to them by our attorney. This past Monday, StormPay finally contacted us. Again our demands were clearly issued. We await their timely response, if they are to avoid a legal action which we are fully prepared to initiate. We have learned that the FBI is actively gathering information regarding the alleged unauthorized debiting of StormPay user accounts, bank accounts and credit cards. We also are very hopeful that government officials may be able to assist us in the recovery of funds so that they may be properly dispersed. We are all in this together and we will keep you up to date as we know more.

Business Model For The Future

North Shore Media News - Business Model For The Future

Alientust.com owners have posted new news. Apparently they plan on switching their business model around, DRASTICALLY. I need more clarification, but it seems like you will only make 35% of your upgrade (now called ad spend) back. From the looks of it, you need to refer people in order to make real money, because you will get 35% of your referrals upgrade.
They might lose a lot of business. Atleast the plan of saving 20% of the upgrade for a stormpay fund to pay back victims.

Read the post here:

Business Model For The Future14. February 2006 @ 16:43
Good Afternoon Everyone,First of all let me apologize for not updating everyone over the past few days. All of us were out of town scouting convention space for the pending convention in November. We looked at some promising locations but nothing concrete as of yet. What I'd like to do today is talk a little bit about the StormPay issue and our plan moving forward to help correct some of the mistakes being made in the industry and what we're going to do to help legitimize the business model. Our attorney has advised us to do 3 things, number 1 contact all the federal agencies we can and file complaints about StormPay to ensure that we are part of the group doing likewise, and ask for a review of our company to ensure that we are indeed doing business legally, that process has already begun.2nd, to retain legal council in the state of Tennessee to assist with the expedition of our case against them. And number 3, watch and see what happens in the larger cases. Since 12DP is heavily involved with the legal aspect of the case taking a wait and see approach in regards to their case seems very logical and will give us a good foundation to build our case.I will not make any further comments about the status of our legal involvement because this would simply undermine our chances of a successful outcome. If you think for one second that StormPay doesn't have people reading these posts here and at all the other forums across the net you're crazy. We're not going to give away our strategy, and that's all I can say.The future of the AS industry. The 5 of us, Stephanie, Brian, Jenny, Melissa and myself spent a good deal of time this weekend discussing what has happened, what will happen and if there's anything we can do to change it, and we believe we can. There are however some undeniable truths that we all need to accept if we want the industry to survive. The AutoSurf as we knew it before is over, period. There's simply no way that we can recover the momentum, or boost the confidence enough to get back to where the industry was just a few short weeks ago. The days of 40% payouts are gone. No owner in their right mind would go back to that knowing what we know now, and seeing what has happened. No matter how hard you try to insulate yourself, you are always going to be at the mercy of whoever is running the payment system. Ultimately we can still surf for cash, BUT there needs to be a realistic system in place that can be supported long term, there needs to be a real cost for the product delivered, and the company needs to make a profit in order to stay in business. In the old business model, the majority of your earnings were predicated on simply paying you your own money back. I never really liked that system to be honest, I think it's silly that I have to surf for 10 days or whatever just to get my own money back. But the old system didn't rely heavily on commissions, they were more of an afterthought. Let's look at the reality of that scenario. On each sale the company is upside down by the amount of the plan ie: 40%, 20% or whatever, the cost of commissions, in our case it was 5%, and the cost of processing payments, which is substantial. In a normal week at SP we paid nearly 300,000 in fees.I don't care where the owner is investing, or what they are doing outside the auto-surf to make money, there's simply no way to create that type of return for the average AS business. This is the reason so many of them fail. Our model was always different from the very beginning, and allowing everyone to cashout every week and decide how much they wanted allowed us to have substantial reserves, usually more than what was paid out. So there's no way we would've collapsed in the short term, but looking long term, the business model simply doesn't stand up, UNLESS you diversify BIG TIME.So in looking at a way to allow folks to earn a living by surfing we needed to make a commitment to keeping the system WITHIN the means of each individual sale. To ensure that we are legal, and ensure we are within the boundaries of reality, we decided to create a business model that would have long term staying power, and be easy for other owners to implement as well without the need to have 20 programs running in order to support the autosurf business.Folks the industry is dying - we need to change the model. We will either lead the way, or fall by the wayside. As any business professional will tell you there is always a cost of doing business. You have to pay for tools you need to build a business and/or income. In the old ASC model there was no cost for your advertising. You got everything for free and then some. We need to get back to reality and get back to understanding that you build an income based on referring, not on surfing.Referrals are what fuel EVERY company on earth. Freestanding brick and mortar businesses, MLM business, Affiliate programs like Amazon, and so on. Even movies are referral based, you read a review in the paper, or your Aunt Sally says hey so and so was great go check it out. This IS the way businesses are built. You don't see any of these businesses giving away more money than they take in do you? Then why are we? This is the reason StormPay and others are screaming Ponzi. Whether the model is or not, is still open for debate, but we're creating a model that will not be included in that discussion. There will be a real cost for each ad pack you purchase, you will be able to re-coup a good percentage of that advertising in the form of a rebate for viewing the ads of other members, and you will earn explosive commissions because now we can pay commissions based on the sale made because the amount earned surfing is within the realm of reason. Here's how it will be set up at the beginning, and then the numbers will change accordingly once some of our obligations are met.Members who choose to purchase ad Ad Buy will earn 4.9% daily for 7 days. This equates to 35% of your Ad Buy. You will receive 35% commissions on Ad Buys purchased by your personally sponsored teammates. The company will retain 10%, and the remaining 20% will be allocated to the repayment fund to help repay all the members who were damaged by StormPay. Any and all funds retrieved through litigation will be allocated to this fund as well. Now I know folks that this is in no way as lucrative as what the industry was doing before, BUT, it is stable, smart, and can be sustained forever. No one is in over their head and everyone is getting paid according to what they produce, not what they have to through into the kitty.Folks the industry CAN survive and there can be a ton of great ASC sites on the net again, but the model HAS TO CHANGE!! We can no longer sit idly by as more and more scams come along and rob us of our money. This plan is THE plan that can help save the industry.Just as a note, the plan numbers will change once all funds are repaid to members, to 40%,40% and 20% for the company. We also plan on instituting bonuses and contests to be named later on, and there can be a wealth of other things added to the mix to really take this to the next level, but let's start here and see where it goes. We're going to be having a live conference tonight and as soon as I get the room ready I'll post the link here.I know many of you may decide to continue to work the high risk stuff, and may leave us, and that's fine, you have to do what's best for you. By the same token we must do what's best for us and the industry as a whole. As the number 2 site on the net we feel an obligation to create something that looks to the future and helps get the smaller ASC sites back in the game, big or small EVERY site out there is important, and as an industry we really need each other. So for those of you who are only interested in making a quick buck and running for the door, you'll need to look elsewhere. We're building a system that will last for many years to come and will be outside of the scrutiny of government regulation. Granted we may not take in the millions that we did before right away, but this program will be much more successful over the long haul because there is no outside funding required to make it work. Everything is paid for with the sales generated by the system itself, and isn't long term stability REALLY what we're all after?I hope to see you all on the conference tonight.

This man is on a journey to try and get answers from Stormpay and 12dp. So far, he has succeeded in speaking to people at Stormpay, view the clip below:

http://www.abc4.com/mediacenter/default.aspx?videoId=37002

Stormpay supposedly does not have all the money and deny taking money out of its members bank and credit cards. They also claim to have only frozen Charis Johnson's stormpay account and no other 12dp accounts.

Jeff Johnson is scheduled to visit 12dp headquarters tonight.

Where's Charis?

It has been a couple of days and Charis has not posted any new news for us members. What's going on. This isn't the way things should be handled. We should be getting a daily brief of what happening, even if nothing is happening.

Stormpay News.

Every now and then there are things in life that make you go hmmmm. Well, Stormpay's latest news is one of those things. Read below.

February 11, 2006 Update to StormPay Customers.11-Feb-2006 17:12February 11, 2006
StormPay Inc. is currently suffering from DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks which prevent StormPay from sending or receiving email communications as well as prevents customers from being able to access their StormPay account’s through the StormPay.com website. These DDOS attacks in no way compromise the security of your StormPay account as they are only designed to prevent legitimate traffic access. Federal authorities are investigating the origination of the attacks and have confirmed that they are very close to making arrests in connection with the DDOS attacks.
We are sure that many of you are aware of the recent controversy with Charis F. Johnson and other “Auto-Surf websites”. The funds of those merchant’s and specifically Charis F. Johnson have been locked in their StormPay accounts as investigations are ongoing into what appears to be massive illegal Ponzi schemes. Any payments you may have received from these “Auto-Surf’s, that were still within the StormPay system have been restored back to the accounts’ of those ‘Auto-Surf’s where the funds are protected and preserved in an effort to try and refund customers who may have been victims of these programs. We can confirm that there will not be enough money available to get everybody reimbursed but we are formulating an orderly plan to reimburse victims to the limited extent that may be possible.
The problem we are seeing is that customers are viewing their "earnings" from the “Auto-Surfing” websites’ and believe that StormPay Inc. is holding funds sufficient to cover those "earnings". StormPay is not holding funds sufficient to cover the alleged "earnings" or "payments" or "payouts" that are reflected on the Auto-Surf’s website (we suspect we are holding only a small fraction of what is being reflected as "owed" to customers on the websites). Some customers that received a "payout" from these “Auto-Surf’s received that at the expense of somebody else who contributed to the program but who may have never received any "payout". Consequently, the reason that we have restored funds back to the accounts of these so called “Auto-Surfs” that represent payments that some members received was so that we can attempt to reimburse as many people as possible. In the usual Ponzi scheme, if you received a payment from the program it had to have come from the payments that another member made to the program. Therefore, if you have received a payment, you received someone else's money. That is the problem with a Ponzi scheme, once it collapses a lot of people get hurt. There is no way to make everybody “whole” and most people will lose money as there simply won't be available funds to make everybody “whole.” The reason that is, once people withdraw their “payouts” or “earnings” out of StormPay, that represents other peoples money, and if the only money coming in is from new “investors” (and not any other source), there is no “new” money available to make payouts or even refunds to some members.
Assume you have a customer (customer #1) who funds their StormPay account with $1000 and sends that money to one of these “Auto-Surf’s”. Then customer #2 follows up by funding their StormPay account and thereafter sends $1200 to the same “Auto-Surf”. Thereafter, the “Auto-Surf” sends $1200 to customer #1 for their percentage of promised “return” on their original “payment" and thereafter, the program shuts down as it did in these cases. In a Pyramid type operation/program/scheme there is no longer any new money coming into the program to pay back customer #2. Customer #2’s payment was what was used to pay customer #1. If this is not a Pyramid operation there should be money to refund customer #2 but there is not in this case. StormPay Inc. cannot allow customer #1 withdraw the money in his StormPay account (which was received from the “Auto-Surf”) into his own personal bank account, since it is really the money belonging to customer #2. The only solution is to reverse as many of the funds as possible so that many more victims of the ponzi/pyramid schemes can be reimbursed their original “investment”. Keep in mind that many of the first people into the schemes have already withdrawn the funds rightfully belonging to the later participants. Despite our best efforts to correct the seemingly wrong doing of these “Auto-Surfs”, there simply will not be enough remaining monies to make everyone “whole”. Again, this is due to those admins and other participants of the programs’ who have withdrawn monies rightfully belonging to others. StormPay Inc. is currently undergoing an audit, near completion, and done with our absolute and complete cooperation, which will show that every penny of money we have ever had control of can and has been accounted for.
StormPay does not permit the processing of payments for any illegal program and our Terms of Service expressly prohibit the processing of any payments for any illegal Ponzi or Pyramid scheme. Our Terms of Service do expressly provide:
“17. Get Rich Quick" Schemes: Get Rich Quick Schemes are prohibited resell items by StormPay. Get Rich Quick schemes include any type of self-employment, start-up businesses, or investment opportunity where the claims of profit or returns on investment are unrealistic or unsupported. By law, if a business opportunity costs $500.00 USD or more, the promoter is required to support any claims regarding earnings or profits with written documentation.
Pyramids don't pay. StormPay Inc. and the Federal Trade Commission caution consumers about clubs or programs that promise quick money for recruiting new members. Don't bank on the pyramid promise that someone else will pay you. For more information on get-rich-quick schemes, visit the FTC at www.ftc.gov.”
There are claims afloat that StormPay Inc. has performed unauthorized charges from customers’ bank accounts or credit cards. StormPay can, and will prove to any and all investigators that all charges made were made from each individual’s own computer, or a computer from which the customer has accessed, and was an authorized charge by that customer. StormPay Inc. intends to investigate each and every assertion wherein it has been claimed that StormPay Inc. initiated and unauthorized bank or credit card debit, and will prosecute those persons, and seek recovery of, all funds wrongfully charged back, including all costs involved to do so.
StormPay Inc. would like to take this opportunity thank it's customers for their continued support - past, present, and future. We very much look forward to the time in which all investigations have been completed and the truth is revealed to the public and our valued customers. We anticipate having access to our website in the coming hours and resuming normal business operations.
Sincerely,
StormPay Inc.1690 Golf Club Ln.Clarksville, TN 37043

12 Daily Pro :: Member News

The Lastest from Charis:

I wanted to take this time to give you all a quick update on how things stand as the week comes to a close. :: Continued Silence From StormPay We our attorney still has not received a reply from StormPay to our demand letter. So now we move forward with legal action to retrieve our funds from StormPay. Due to obvious reasons, I am unable to give any specifics regarding these actions(s), but know that they will be swift. But please understand that there is a possibility that the resolution of this matter will not be, as investigators have now become involved at the behest of many of you regarding StormPay’s most recent actions. However, we remain undeterred in our attempts to regain access to our account so we can honor our goal to issue refunds. :: EMO Refunds Slowed More By Chargebacks We need to inform you that our announced EMO refund schedule has been severely slowed. In addition to the fact that the funds intended to fund our EMO account are still being held in StormPay, some members who purchased upgrades with EMO have initiated chargebacks. The enormous fees that this has caused us to incur are depleting our reserve fund there. However we hope that new revenue that we will mention below will allow the speed of refunds to pick up next week. :: New Revenue Opportunity Due to recent events and our attempts to communicate on a regular basis with you, the forum has been receiving considerable traffic. Since we have had to put plans to launch our new site on hold, we will be utilizing the immense surge in traffic on the forum to put into place a steady stream of income in the form of banner and texts advertisements throughout the boards. We will also be honoring all pending HitsDaily Pro ad purchases in this format as well. We will have more details about this Monday. For those of you who are wishing to support LifeClicks, advertising purchases will be a great way to do so. :: EMO Email Address Changed For those of you who were attempting to donate to the legal fund in the past couple of days and have been unable, please note that it is because our EMO email address has been changed. Please send any future donations to emo@hitsdailypro.com It has been a long and exhausting week for us all. I hope you are all able to get some rest over the weekend and know that I remain here and will continue to be here fighting for you all and fighting for this program that we all worked so hard to build.

WSJ.com - FBI, SEC Probe Web Sites Offering Large Returns for Looking at Ads

It's official. 12dp and Stormpay are in an article in the Wall Street Journal. You have to be a member to view it, but a source of mine has allowed me access.
This is the best written article yet. States the facts that have been provided. No BS.
I said it earlier, and I will say it again. I think this is the end of 12dp. I sincerely hope it is not, but there were no guarantees provided by 12dp.

Read below.
WSJ.com - FBI, SEC Probe Web Sites Offering Large Returns for Looking at Ads:

"Last spring, a Web site called 12daily-Pro.com began offering viewers an amazing financial deal: a 12% daily return on membership fees.
All they needed to do was to view a dozen advertisements a day on the Web site, the company said. The site would then pay returns to visitors based on how much they invested in membership 'upgrades.'
Now federal and state authorities are investigating 12dailyPro and sites making similar offers as possible Internet-era variations on a classic Ponzi scheme. Named for Charles Ponzi, an Italian immigrant to the U.S. who gained notoriety early in the 20th century, a Ponzi scheme is a fraud that promises outsize returns to investors but pays them with money from subsequent investors, rather than revenue generated by business.
The 12dailyPro site is among the largest of the dozens of what are called 'autosurf' Web sites that have cropped up on the Internet. With names like Auto.ExchangeTrade.com and vegasurf.com, the sites piggyback on a legitimate trend -- the surge in Internet advertising -- by promising generous returns to members who agree to view their ads.
The pitch on one such Web site, SurfCityAutoSurf.com, is typical. 'Yes, it's true,' says a message on its home page, 'you can actually earn up to $100.00 Daily or $3,200 Monthly simply by autosurfing [watching websites].'
On 12dailyPro, visitors were allowed to become members free. To earn cash, they had to 'upgrade' their membership in increments of $6, with a maximum investment at any one time of $6,000.
The sites have drawn scrutiny amid a widening law-enforcement focus on Internet crimes. The Federal Bureau of Investigation has made Internet fraud the agency's third-highest priority, after counterterrori"

12Daily Pro: HitsDaily Pro

Well, 12dp has partially unvailed the new site: HitsDaily Pro.
The new homepage states "Coming Soon!" for the new site.

"HitsDaily Pro is a unique online advertising vehicle delivering targeted advertising opportunities for internet-based businesses. We offer small to medium sized businesses the opportunity to advertise directly to a captive audience of like-minded online business professionals who are qualified potential consumers."

Based on this description taken directly from the 12dp site, I dont quite see how members will make money as they did in 12dp. Seems like HitsDaily Pro is going to selling ads, where will they be displayed? I dont know, may in 12dp, maybe in a user section of HitsDaily Pro. This new concept will definately solidify HitsDaily Pro as not being a ponzi. They will be selling ads and possibly other services.
We will have to wait and see how everything ties in. The 12dp forum seems to be blazing with talk about this.
I tell you one thing, if the whole stormpay fiasco wouldnt have occured, 12dp would be making tons of money from the new site!

New News from 12dp Admin

Okay, it has officially become a joke. Now 12dp and Stormpay aren't communicating. It has become a mockery and I unfortunately think that ths is the end of 12dp.
I sincerely hope that 12dp can make it out of this. But I dont think so.
read for yourself:

As we announced two days ago, attorneys for LifeClicks, LLC (the owner of 12DailyPro.com) have been communicating with StormPay, Inc. in an attempt to resolve business disputes with StormPay that arose about 10 days ago when StormPay objected to our members’ use of a competing processor, EMO, and demanded that we remove the EMO payment processor option from our website. We complied with StormPay’s demand that StormPay should be our exclusive processor, and reached other agreements with StormPay, but within a few days StormPay reneged on those agreements and suspended all activity on 12DailyPro members’ accounts and our LifeClicks account. As StormPay has itself stated in published news reports, it has “frozen” our account and funds, falsely accusing us of misrepresenting our business model to StormPay. Unfortunately, although StormPay’s president and lawyer committed to working with us to resolve our disputes, StormPay is not responding to calls from our lawyer and is taking unilateral actions concerning 12DailyPro members’ accounts without our consent or without any authorization from LifeClicks or 12DailyPro members. They are taking these actions even though we have demanded that they stop and work out a plan with us. In light of these developments and StormPay’s refusals to communicate or negotiate with us, our lawyers are evaluating our legal options. They are also assisting us in our communications with law enforcement authorities who have contacted us, and we are cooperating fully with all investigations. As you know, in recent days, many accusations and allegations have been made about 12DailyPro, and about people who are doing things and using our name without our authorization and consent. But you should know that until these problems arose with StormPay, 12DailyPro never missed making a payment or reimbursement to 12DailyPro members. The problems we are currently trying to resolve all trace back to the demands and actions taken by StormPay. :: Note the above statement has also been sent to all news entities who have requested a statement from us in regards to these recent events.I will continue to keep all of you up to date on these matters as anyt new developments of substance arise. Thank you all for your continued support of our program. Charis 12dp Admin

12 Daily Pro & Stormpay friends?

I dont know about you, but the latest update from 12dp just confused the s*^t out of me. I dont know what to believe.
Now they are working things out and 12dp retracts any negative statements made before. Whats next, they will join forces to make a new site?

PLEASE READ THIS!!! StormPay - the Saga Continues!

Recently, some very dsturbing informaton has come up.
Stormpay is zeroing accounts and debiting bank accounts.
What is going on. I am fortunate enough to not have been a victim of this. I already asked for chargebacks to my CC companies and now after reading what you are about to read below, called my bank and froze my account in order to prevent any unauthorized access from Stormpay.
I will simply close my bank account and open a new one. Its a pain in th ebutt, but atleast I wont be robbed. I urge you to called you banks and CC companies. Protect yourself, dont think it wont happen to you.
Below I have pasted a few sepearte warnings from different sources. Please protect yourself!!!

1. Before you all start sending in mass support tickets, we have become aware of some discrepencies in members SP accounts. Since we are not able ourselves to login into our SP account at all, we have been kept on top of things through the account information and updates of friends, associates, and family members. This morning many of these people reported to us that their account at SP was now at a $0 balance, when just last night it was showing a positive balance. When they checked the account history screen, it was showing chargebacks were made to whatever AS site they were sending funds to and receiving them from. Before I continue let me just say one more time:WE DO NOT HAVE ANY ACCESS WHATSOEVER TO OUR SP ACCOUNT. WE CANNOT EVEN LOG ON TO THE SITE, LET ALONE TO OUR ACCOUNT.It appears that Storm Pay has decided that they have the right to move our funds and the funds of our members around as they see fit. We are taking printouts of the account history screens to our lawyer, to add to the pile of other items. This is the most bold and outrageous stunt yet. Not only do we have no control over the money in our accounts, apparently neither do many of our members. We will not put up with this!We will update all of you again very soon.

2. We are aware of the Stormpay account chargeback situation and that some 12dp members accounts balances are being debited or zeroed out. Our attorney has been in talks with StormPay's attorney today. There was some movement towards a possible a solution. But something happened with 12daily Pro member accounts at Stormpay in the meantime. We remain positive. We are not yet sure what is happening. My attorney is trying to get some answers as I type. Please be patient and I will share any new information as I have it.

3. An open question on behalf of all Stormpay members to John R. McConnel Jr. CEO of Stormpay.com. Where is our money John?First you suspend the accounts of a number of reputable autosurf sites with no warning, no valid explanation, and completely deny those customers any access to their accounts. Then you send an email to all Stormpay members telling them lies about why you have done this. Then you randomly begin refunding money from those suspended accounts, even though the members concerned did not ask to be refunded. Then your debit cards were being refused at ATMs around the world, and your withdrawal cheques started bouncing. Then you removed the option for international members to request their funds by wire transfer. And today you have begun systematically emptying the accounts of all Stormpay members, not just the Autosurf webmasters. Where is the money, John??

4. Stormpay has begun unauthorized drafting of money out of their Stormpay member’s checking accounts. We have just contacted our bank and they informed us that if we set up our checking account through Stormpay and authorized Stormpay to withdraw money from our checking account, then there is no recourse if funds are withdrawn by Stormpay. (Authorized by us or not)
We are writing to inform you that your checking account is in danger of being accessed by these thieves! Please take the necessary measures to protect yourself! We will keep you informed on this situation.

Once again, please protect yourself by contacting your financial institution!

WE'RE BACK! New Site and more info from Charis

I know you all got the new update! I for one was giddy like a school girl. Finally, after waiting all day long, more news.
Well, the time is here for the new site. What will it be, who knows, but I know I am signing up, unless our old accounts are transferred in to the new system which, I doubt. This will be a new site, not a 12dp make up site.
I still hope 12dp makes it outta this alive. That would be great because then we would have the two sites.

I hope you guys got EMO'd already.
So heres the news from Charis:

----I wanted to take this time to update you on our progress with the StormPay issue and few other items. StormPayI am sure you are all under stably anxious to hear updates on our progress toward recovering our funds. Today, we made significant progress with the attorney who will be representing us in this matter. He has outlined a strategy for attempting to get our funds released by StormPay by whatever means at our disposal. We hope for swift action in the matter and will keep you as informed as things unfold, to the extent that we can without compromising the case. RefundsWe will begin issuing a few refunds this evening and will process a batch of refunds daily. The order of the refunds will be: 1) Remaining Egold/EMO 2)Remaining Egold/Money Order, 3)Compounded EMO, 4)EMO. Please note that because we are unsure of how fast we will be able to resolve the StormPay situation, nor what the outcome of our efforts will be, we cannot provide any kind of time frame by which these EMO refunds will be issued. Also, due to StormPay’s random refunds and double payments that they are conducting with our funds and without our input, we are unable to yet give an accurate assessment to you of how we will deal with the StormPay refunds. Our hope is that by the time EMO payouts (currently on Dec. 8 expiration), catch up with where we left off with StormPay withdrawals, (Dec 23 expiration), that we will have some resolution on the StormPay issue and can announce a plan and/or for StormPay refunds. Ticket SystemTomorrow, we will be revamping the ticket system to meet our current circumstances. In light of what has occurred and the fact that our goal is to be able to refund all pending and active upgrades, we will be closing all account issue related tickets. The new ticket departments will meet our current situation as well as provide support for the new site. There will also be a department for any missing EMO upgrades. Because there is no way for us to verify missing StormPay at this time, these will have to wait until we are able to gain access to our account data there. We strongly urge that you not submit tickets asking about the current situation; we will be posting updates daily and sometimes several times a day regarding progress on these matters. Our support staff has been extremely reduced, so we can have more funds available for refunds and basic operations. So, inundating the tickets system will only slow our ability to respond to the specific ticket issues we deem vital at this time. ForumWe have now made all areas of the forum viewable to all guests, so that all of you can read it. We are unable to registrations at this time, due to concerns about mass spammers who have attacked our forum in the past. Accoounts Will Not Go InactiveThere have been some concerns by some members who have not upgraded in a while that their accounts will go inactive during this period. Due to current events, will be suspend the inactive status for anyone that would have normally been moved to that status, so as not to interfere with any refund they might receive. The New SiteThanks to the hard work of our technical staff, committed to LifeClicks despite all the happenings of the past week, we will be launching the new site by the end of the day tomorrow. You will notice that the 12dp homepage will change at that time, to reflect our current situation. The homepage will have three main links, one for the forum, one for members to login and check their account states and member news, and one to visit our new site. Thank YouI wanted to take this time to thank all of you for your thoughts, prayers, and expressions of support regarding the health of my father. He is now in stable condition and we continue to pray that he will not return to any critical state. I am truly blessed to have a family of 12dp members that cares. You make me proud to be in your company. This is a challenging time for us all, but know that we are dedicated and focused on doing everything we can to insure these recent events are overcome and we can all move forward. We thank you for your continued support during this time. <> Charis12dp Admin

Dont get it twisted!

On a forum recently, some one said that "12dp members should have an EMO account because that is where the refunds will be placed. Use the same email with EMO that you use with 12dp."

I didnt want this to be twisted and misunderstood, so I have provided my take on it.
I try to make reasonable assumptions using facts, not nonsense and generalizations.

My response in the forum:

------
Dont get it twisted. Here is the line from Charis' email:

'3. Refunds Will Begin
We will begin issuing refunds tomorrow as we are able. We will begin with the members who chose to have their Egold upgrade withdrawals paid to EMO. Please note that becuase of the holding of a large portion of our funds, the speed of the payment schedule will be very slow, but we do the best we can.'

Although I feel like this is a good thing, I am not about to assume that I will get a refund just yet. This could mean many things. The one line that sticks out is 'We will begin with the members who chose to have their Egold upgrade withdrawals paid to EMO.'

This paragraph dosent state that people who upgraded with stormpay will begin to get refunded. It is more of a general statement. Which in my opinion is not good enough. I do have hope that us members that upgraded with SP will get refunds, but it is not clearly stated anywhere.
Also, in a previous email from Charis, she stated that SP decided to arbitrarily issue refunds to members and that it she wasnt sure which members those were because she couldnt get into her account. So, until that subject is brought up again by Charis, I wouldnt go around talking like if EVERYONE was getting their refund.

Final point, Stormpay has officially made a statement that they 'CLOSED' the accounts of ponzi schemes. This on their website when you log in. This means there is no unfreezing of anything. I just thought about it, 12dp dosent even probably have an sccount with SP anymore. So to think that funds will be unfrozen is a tab bit optimistic. If SP made a statement like that, then they are planning on not returning that money to 12dp. SP

Charis on a call, payment processor, and NME

On a call with NME, a company that has surfaced recently, Charis has stated that if 12dp offers another program that they will most likely use EMO and their own CC payment processor. No more details were given.

About NME. Hmmm, not sure I just head about then this past week a few days ago. They are promising to assist the autosurf industry. I signed up because I was curious. So far not a lot has been delivered, but I am optimistic that they will be able to help. Lets wait and see. NME also wants to offer its own payment processor.
I think you guys know how I feel about funding programs. USE A CC. A lot of other people/blogs do not like my idea, but I want to be safe and make sure I do not get SCAMMED!
Maybe some day I will feel different. Maybe not.

More info on THE OWNERS OF STORMPAY & NETIBA

Found a nice post on a forum , very detailed info about the owner of Stormpay, includes some stuff I listed previously, but nonethelsss, it is good.

THE FACTS ABOUT THE OWNERS OF STORMPAY & NETIBA

Potty Town - StormScam's CEO speaks to the public

StormPay.com - the latest

Wow, I had to post this. After boycotting the logging in of their site, I heard rumors of a new post to its members on their site so I had to log in. Looks like Stormpay is playing the he said/she said game. Crazy. We will have to wait and see what happens. SP has managed to "VOID" one upgrade that I used on my CC for 12dailypro. Another upgrade hasnt been refunded. Hmmmm. Why is that? I hope 12dp can refund me that to my EMO account.

I just want to point a few things out about this notice that you will read below.
1. According to their first paragraph, they "closed the accounts of what appear to be some major ponzi schemes." Yet, they continue to profit from the clicks to these companies in their stormclix program. I just logged in and saw ads for dadndaves, alient trust, etc. If they closed the accounts, why are there still stomrclix ads for them.
2. According to some of the autosurfs, actually all of the autosurf admins, stormpay has not contacted them about investigations involving"outside investigational organizations as well as our own internal investigations".
3. I wont even get into "The DDOS attacks are 'Denial of Service' attacks where massive amounts of traffic is sent to the website whereby disallowing legitimate web traffic to reach the website. These attacks only prevent legitimate traffic from reaching the website" claim. Its straight up dumb!!
4. And last is pertaining to this "Our hopes are to get these investigations completed as early as possible so that victims can quickly be refunded monies that have been captured in those account closures." I touched on it above a bit. They got me back my $3000 to my CC, but still havent gotten me back my other $3000.

Below is the latest news to members of stormpay on their site:

"Rumors Put to Rest.
05-Feb-2006 08:38
Recently StormPay.com closed the accounts of what appear to be some major ponzi schemes. These account closures came as the early results of investigations into those businesses by outside investigational organizations as well as our own internal investigations.

As a result, possible victims of these businesses are attempting to retaliate against StormPay.com by spreading false rumors and performing DDOS attacks against StormPay's servers. The rumors include such things as 'StormPay.com has gone out of business', 'Their building has been burned down', and other falsehoods. The DDOS attacks are 'Denial of Service' attacks where massive amounts of traffic is sent to the website whereby disallowing legitimate web traffic to reach the website. These attacks only prevent legitimate traffic from reaching the website and pose absolutely no threat to the security of your StormPay account.

StormPay will CONTINUE to cooperate with authoritative investigations into these businesses which very heavily appear to be nothing more than illegal ponzi or pyramid schemes. Our hopes are to get these investigations completed as early as possible so that victims can quickly be refunded monies that have been captured in those account closures. However, we must warn that those who are impeding the investigation are only slowing the process for everyone involved.

12 Daily Pro, Good News at last!

Finally some good news, besides the Steelers winning ofcourse, from 12dp.
The latest member news was posted that had some good things to say.
First, Charis is not gonna take stormpays crap, legal action will be taken, and SOON!!!
Second, REFUNDS BABY!!! Some of yoy may say, "dammit, I am not being paid my commissions or surfing dues!" Dont be greedy, as long as you get your initial monies, be happy because you can use it to fund the new program. When these refunds will be paid is still a mistery, but atleast she is trying.
Third, the new program is in production. I also have confirmation from other sources ( if I tell you, I might have to kill you) that 12dp's new program is on its way!! I will definately put that up here as soon as I get it. I WANT IN ON IT. I was one of the less fortunate to join12dp in late december, instead of in its early stages. I will make sure to try my best to get in early.
Fourth, the convention is on. I kinda was the only one to mention this , as you can see in an earlier post. I asked whether or not it was still on. Apparently it is. Now I wish I had a ticket. It will be interesting to see the happenings of the industry after the recent CHAOS.
Fifth, Stormpay is still bugging out. I am just glad have not been a "Frozen." Remeber people, as a back up, upgrade with your Credit cards. Then withdraw your earnings and pay your CC's back. Then use the CC's again to upgrade. This seems like the best strategy until a good payment processor can be established. I urge for Paypal.
Finally, Charis' dad is ill and may not survive. I send her my blessings as I wish all of you do.
Good night.

About the tutorial

This site was originally supposed to be a tutorial for getting started with 12DailyPro but has evolved in to an informational site for 12DP members and non-members alike.
I am pondering whether to post the tutorial I have or whether to post links to other great tutorials that I have found on the web. I am leaning towards the latter.
By next week I will make a decision on that.
Regardless of my decision, I will be available to assist any one that needs help, has questions, or simply wants to talk.

StormPay.com down?!

Now all of a sudden stormpay.com is down? I first experiencd this at about 10PM tonight. Now, its 11:23pm and still wont work.
Even after the site comes back up I wont be logging in. I am done with them.
They have seriously made themselves look bad, big time.
I probably wont be posting anything until Monday, I am going to take Super Bowl Sunday off to relax and kick back. Hopefully, we will get promising news Monday.
Go Steelers!

Sad week in the industry - Fake Stormpay investigation

I am utterly disgusted! Disgusted with how Stormpay is manipulating things. Charis has posted a new note regarding the internal stormpay investogation. Stormpay has lied all along. The proof is in the pudding. Just do a search for stormpay and you will see the craziness.
Anyway, I sincerely hope that 12dp can get out of this alive, use another payment processor and continue to do business and help people make some money.
I honestly first got in to this for the money, like most of you have, but now I dont even care about that.
I JUST WANT STORMPAY TO GO DOWN.
I know they will, but I hope not bringing anyone else down with them.
Here is Charis' news:
------We have learned that StormPay has completed its own independent investigation, which we have learned did NOT involve any law enforcement whatsover, only their bank and themselves, and have begun arbitrarily issuing refunds. In addition they are randomly denying claims of individuals at their own discretion and threatening THEM with legal action. We also learned that they are refunding members who have already received their upgrade payments from 12daily Pro. Thus essentially paying them twice with our money. Then on top of that they have announced they are going to seek to take additional money from us. Not only are they now holding money paid to us as non-refundable upgrade fees, but they are also holding a great deal of funds that came to us as via other revenue streams having nothing to do with member upgrades including: Thousands of dollars in referral commissions we earned by promoting their website.Thousands of dollars we earned in advertising salesThousands of dollars we earned from other online sourcesThousands of dollars in referral commissions we earned by promoting NETIBA, owned by StormPay.Thousands of dollars earned from advertising promotions and for convention registrations. They are also sitting on much more money that they earned in fees from both our company and all our members, transactions which they are now saying are null based on their own internal investigation. We also have not been contacted by any law enforcement officials and/or been informed of any investigation by anyone. StormPay has created this lie in order to cover their own trail of blackmail, deceit, and money shifting that made them unable to pay our withdrawal request. What does this mean? THERE WAS NEVER ANY INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION OF OUR STORMPAY ACCOUNT. STORMPAY LIED TO IS USERS...AGAIN. StormPay has also lied to all of its users informing them that they just discovered 12daily Pro's business model. However, their own daily records since we began using them in May of 2005, they have a detailed record of payments both received by us from members and sent to members by us. Not only did Stormpay tell us just 5 days ago that we were an excellent client and member, they blackmailed us into forcing us to chose them as our ONLY payment processor, with full knowledge our our business model. These current actions and this 'fake' investigation are simply a means by which they can cover their own illegal acts and mishandling of their users funds. They have provided us NO PROOF of an external investigation. And no external investigators have contact us. In addition, Stormpay has locked us from access to our account, so we don't know who is being refunded and whether or not those refunds are legitimate. We also fear that they may be laundering and syphoning funds out of our account to cover their debts to their other users who have never even been members of 12daily Pro. StormPay President, John McConnell openly admitted to me that they do not have the funds to cover their user accounts in their bank. These actions they are taking are ALL because of this. And now they intend to try to make 12daily Pro and all of you pay for their unlawful shifting both our money and yours. By the second, StormPay is absconding with money that we need to legitmately refund our members and operate our business. Their actions are making it very unlikely that everyone will get the refunds they are due. We have been advised that it may be possible to take legal action that will force them to cease and desist in dispursement of our funds until a REAL independent investigation is conducted. Other autosurfs are also in discussion of a class action law-suit against the company, who has a long negative history with the BBB. Many supportive members on the forum asked us if there is any way you can all help us recover our funds from Stormpay via legal action. Requests were made that we make available the ability for members to donate to a legal fund for this purpose. Over 200 members have already donated. If you would like to assist us in our efforts to recover 12daily Pro funds from Stormpay, you can send a donation electronically via EMO with the following payment details: Account Name: 12dp Stormpay Recovery Legal FundAccount Email: emo@12dailypro.comOR you can send to our mailing address: LifeClicks LLC8116 South Tryon St.Suite B3, #15Charlotte, NC 28273If we are able to pool enough funds for this legal action, we will not have to utilize company funds that are needed to provide refunds as we are able. As it is the staff has been cut to 1, myself, in order to use any and all available funds for refund purposes. Any assistance any member can give for this legal funds would be greatly appreciated. If we don't take immediate legal action against Stormpay, they will continue arbirtarily taking and spending our money that we need to pay you your refunds. Please know that I am here and I am going to stay here and continue to communicate with all of you the best way I possibly can. Thank you in advance for your support. Charis

GPT Convention - on or off?

One last thing before I go night, night.
I didnt personally buy a ticket to attend, but is the GPT Convention still on?
No one is talking about it and it's coming up really soon.
If I hear anything I will let you know.
Goodnight, for real this time.

Stormpay / Withdrawal Payment Update - by Charis

AY CARAMBA! More BS! I am not downing 12dailypro, I am just mad at the fact that stormpay is screwing up EVERYTHING!
Charis has finally given us info, after what feels like an eternity.

Now, no more commissions or surfing credit until things are straigtened out. Atleast we will be getting possible refunds of initial upgrades. That sounds good, it makes you break even.
I really hope 12dp can rise above all this soon and prosper. So we can all prosper.

Well, no more info for now, I am drained from all the craziness of this week. Peace out!

McConnell, Jr. The order states that TymGlobal and StormPay are under common ownership and/or control. TymGlobal operates an internet website which is registered to StormPay. On the internet website, respondents are operating a pyramid and/or Ponzi scheme promising large returns on investments for participating in the scheme. The order further states that TymGlobal has not registered any securities offerings with the Division pursuant to Tennessee Securities Act of 1980. Industry Tips
Multi-Level Marketing vs Pyram
Prospective participants in the sale of products to others should realize that successful achievement and advancement depend upon making sales to customers, not the unending recruitment of other distributors or dealers. Due to various distribution levels with- in some marketing plans, the possibility of area saturation can exist. Most states have specific laws prohibiting pyramid plans which primarily depend on a successive recruitment of others and their investment to produce compensation. Having a product/service associated with a marketing plan does not keep a marketing plan from being characterized as a pyramid if all other factors of a pyramid are present. False representations used in any multi-level marketing program may constitute an unfair and deceptive trade practice act. Multi-level marketing plans may be affected by other federal and state laws governing business opportunities, advertising and selling practices

BBB Definition:selling practices - Claims of alleged sales presentations made in person or by telephone that contain misrepresentations of the product or service, high pressure sales practices, failure to disclose key conditions of the offer, and verbal representations not consistent with written contractual terms or agreements.
