"Oh make no mistake, NME is launching or has launched in beta the 5 other companies, all of which tie into the parent company.
Its a complex pain in the rear end. There is far more than this Phoenix Surf, and thank goodness they have the staff to handle all those other venues because this is a full menu all in itself.
[1] Is NME bulletproof? No.
[2] Does NME want to see its model in its entirety come to fruition? Yes.
[3] Do they want the model to become successful? Yes.
[4] Do they truly have a wide array of recources? Yes.
[5] Do they truly have legal counsel, I mean seriously, for real? Yes.
[6] Do they have external company consultants? Yes.
[7] Do they really want people to make money? Yes.
[8] Do they want to get their payment processor live? If I hear Jonathan the NME founder yapping about his payment processor again, I am going to go deaf. He's all over it, and is making sure that they do not slack up on its rollout.
[9] Do they have a real business model / plan / infrastructure? Yes
[10] Are they the fastest growing autosurf in history? Yes.
[11] Can it crash? Of course it can.
[12] Is NME's age a factor? You might want to look around at the carcasses of other AutoSurf's run by adults, and you tell me.
[13] Are they really moving the company offshore? Yes. Because there are a select few people on another forum out to start trouble, and will stop at nothing to see that NME does not succeed because they feel the NME owners are to young, in other words they are smart and NME is stupid. And that people, is the truth. Phoenix Surf will not be built up, only to have an agency come flying in with some false accusations about Ponzi or the selling of securities just to cause problems, all because some NME Hater is trying to call agencies or report them on false accusations. I would INSTRUCT EVERYONE TO READ THE TOP OF THE SIGNUP PAGE, and the Terms Of Service.
