Well, Charis has stated that there will be no more 12dp. Along with a few other things she has said are that she had planned on moving into advertising and marketing with their third site and shying away from autosurf. There is also a little bit of a miscommunication going on between 12dp and phoenixsurf.

There is so much to read that you might want to set aside some hours for this.
