Dear PS members,

Great news! For those of you who can access the site, we have turned the upgrade option back on. Also, we will be proceeding with payouts this afternoon, starting with any accounts payments that we have had to extend due to the DDOS attack.

We will also extend the surfing holiday until the propagation process is 100% complete. Some of our members in certain areas of the country are not able to access the site for the next 24 to 48 hours until setup is fully complete.

NME/ Phoenix Surf Update

This message is an effort to spread the news to as many phoenixcsurf.com members as possible. Due to massive DDoS attacks, no mass emails can be sent out by NME/Phoenixsurf.

Dear Phoenixsurf members,

We would like to take this time to give our members some updates. Progress
is going very well in terms of securing our site and getting it online
internationally. The one major update we would like to announce is that all
members who are fast tracked from April 27th have been moved to the regular
payout category.

At this time, we are not accepting upgrades nor making payouts as the DDOS
attack is still underway. We will not compromise the integrity of our
members’ cashouts. To this end, those who have been removed from the fast
track will not be charged any applicable fast track fees. A surf holiday
will rema! in in e ffect until further notice. It is not the fault of our
membership base that certain individuals want to destroy a good thing. We
will continue to make sure that we are completely secure before any
payments are accepted or made.

Again, we appreciate the enormous amount of support our members have shown
as we continue to work around the clock to make Phoenixsurf.com fully
operational once again. As always, we will send out updates periodically to

Okay, this has my blood boiling. Charis has just managed to lose all respect from me. The little she had atleast.

As you all you, she started 12dailypro.com. Now, after being accused of running a ponzi, it seems as though she is against the "EVIL" surf world. Read her blog.: http://charisjohnson.com/. Some of her posts are down right ridiculous. One talks about how her friend introduced her to surfing. Basicaly blaming the friend. She has even said that she didnt know she was running a Ponzi. Hmmm. Whatever.

Thanks to drunkonlife, I was able to see a video about Charis. It was what put me over the edge. She has the audacity to CRY!!! You gotta see this. Dont forget to look at her beautiful new home too!!!!

PhoenixSurf.com Surf Holiday due to DDoS

We have a quick update on Phoenix Surf.

Yesteday, we received a massive DDos attack on the PhoenixSurf network. (For those that don't know what a DDos attack is, please read the definition at the end of this email.) To compensate for your inconvenience, we have made the 26th, 27th, and 28th of April as surf holidays. This means, that those people that have bought advertising packages that were still active on the 26th, 27th, and 28th of April, will be paid their 15% regardless if they surfed or not on these days. We will keep you all posted as we are working hard to fix this challenge and as we move PhoenixSurf to another server. Please inform those that do not have an NMEGlobal.com account.

DDOS Attack Definition: On the Internet, a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack is one in which a multitude of compromised systems attack a single target, thereby causing denial of service for users of the targeted system. The flood of incoming messages to the target system essentially forces it to shut down, thereby denying service to the system to legitimate users.

UPDATES. Been gone, what a busy week.

I was gone for a week and I came back to a bunch of new things.

I will try to remember it all. Here goes:

• NME Global will be holding a convention/Gala. I will personally be there along with my beautiful wife and hopefully all of my downline. I believe the headcount will be limited to 2000 attendees. I have been too busy to give my opinion on it, but it is a different idea than what you would expect. It meshes web surfing, advertising, affiliate programs and stats, with a small twist. Interesting idea.

New Program - CommandSurf.com Pre-Launch

I was fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to test out a new manual web surf. It is called CommandSurf.com. I helped with the design.

They idea behind it is pretty fun. It's military related and you are a soldier.

It is a more modest surf, the commission is 5% of recruits( referrals) and the daily percentage is 2% for 75 days, which totals 150%. There is payout twice a month. The 1st and 15th. It is more in line with the long term surfs such as DadnDaves. It is also based outside of the United States.
