Charis has to retract her statement from blog
Following the advice of her lawyers, Charis pulls the plug on her blog that would have kept 12dp members in the loop. She removed the old text and replaced it with a statement that she wishs to show the "truth."

I have been told by my attorneys not to post any information here on my blog regarding the SEC or related matters, regardless of its veracity.... for now. The previous post has been removed... I still hope to be able to release a statement soon that will allow me to make the truth known.
